Communities of Practice is a public event bringing together recent graduates from the NCAD MA Art & Social Action course with current students and wider communities of practice across art and social action. The event will take the form of a public programme with an invited audience from partner organisations on Tuesday December 10th from 2pm - 5pm in the NCAD Gallery & Harry Clarke Lecture Room. All are welcome to attend.
2PM Tools of Engagement The current group of students in the Practice in Public module will present the development of their ideas and proposals for working with groups. Artist Rachel Fallon will act as a respondent to these presentations and lead public discussions.
4PM Making Public Work The recently graduated group present publicly (through slides and discussion) their project outcomes from the masters programme. This will take place in a round table format hosted by Vivianna Checchia, director of Void, Derry.
